1. Criminal law

We offer legal assistance in criminal litigation because we have extensive experience in providing assistance and representing clients at all levels of criminal investigation at the Police level up to the trial stage of the District Court in relation to various criminal law issues for individuals as well as corporations of various companies , in addition we have also settled cases in criminal offenses in banking and criminal offenses related to, finance, insurance, investment, shareholder disputes, commercial and construction contracts, energy and natural resources, plantations, drugs, fraud and other legal offenses criminal.

2. Commercial Law

We are often involved in representing clients on all types of disputes related to commercial litigation in Indonesia including banking, financial, contractual, development, unlawful disputes. We have been involved in assisting a number of clients in the Indonesian Courts. In the field of banking, we have been involved in the settlement of commercial litigation cases involving one of the major banking companies in Indonesia in terms of disputes between banks and customers. We have extensive experience in defending clients related to the agreement.

3. Intellectual property rights

We also experienced in intellectual property law enforcement disputes in litigation because one of our goals is to assist clients in protecting the client’s intellectual property assets. We have been involved in some cases in the court regarding patents, trademarks, industrial design and copyrights in litigation.

4. Industrial Relations Disputes

Assist clients in employment related to contract termination of employment, including negotiation out of court in terms of termination of employee work and issues related to the rights and obligations of the company and workers. We have an experienced team in practice in trademark, industrial design, copyright and patent. We serve and assist clients for consulting, searching, signing up, brand switching, industrial design, patents and copyrights.

• Bankruptcy

We have experience of processing bankruptcy and bankruptcy procedures, we act for clients in the settlement of bankruptcy disputes and debt payment delays and we review the settlement in all aspects of the corporate bankruptcy debate, including but not limited to enforcing the law and assessing the proposed restructuring or survive corporate restructuring and re-organization. Our team are also certified as the recipient or has been appointed by Commercial Court as Management or Curator in the settlement of Bankruptcy case in Indonesia
